The latigo-like print on the foot has been embossed into the full-grain leather. The shaft has been made from goat leather –it’s soft to the touch, but extremely durable- and displays fancy-stitching.
There is a leather scrolled collar, which flows down from the top of the boot like delicate lace. The pull tabs are adorned with an intricate but feminine-looking design. The inside of this #5004 boot is lined with leather.
Your toes will be comfortable in the square toe last; a double row welt stitch frames the toe.
Over time, the ¾ Goodyear Welt Construction (the upper has been stitched to the sole) will cause the boot to start molding to the shape of your foot. This will provide an exceptionally well-fitting boot that you’ll never want to take off.
A key feature that will make getting these boots on and off easier for you is the elasticized medial side (near your foot’s arch) Expansion Fit Seam. It will stretch as you insert and remove your foot, but the best part is that it’s unnoticeable to others when you are walking around in your boots.
The tempered steel shank on this Rocky Handhewn western boot has been hand-shaped and secured to provide your feet with support and stability.
The 1 ¼"; Stockman heel has been combined with a Techno-Stride Rocker heel lift that has been nailed on. The outsole has constructed from genuine leather.
