Additional Information

Training with Confidence, Courage, Commitment and Comfort. The Rocky® C4T Trainer Military Duty Boot is the lightest military performance boot Rocky has ever made. Designed for rigorous training, the Rocky C4T is a game changer.

The boot's lightweight EVA/rubber outsole resists anything you can throw at it: slips, oils, heat, abrasions, chemicals and metal chips.

Helping you focus on the task at hand, this is water-resistant and fast-drying military boot. You have work to do and can't be distracted by wet boots. The Rocky C4T keeps up.

Lacing may seem minor to some, but it's important when your day consists of rigorous work. There's no time to waste and long-lasting laces are a must, so Rocky designed this military boot with speed eyelets and NATO hooks through which you can pull your 550 cord laces.

The Rocky C4T Trainer allows you to move light-footed while providing outstanding support.

This round-toe boot has no metal parts.

PLEASE NOTE:

The C4T does not meet the requirements of AR 670-1 or DA PAM 670-1.

Constructed using no metal material or parts. Perfect for working environments that require passing through metal detectors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable Bought these a few weeks ago because I really needed an alternative to the issued boots. I ended up choosing these over the Nike SFB. The main draw for me had been the weight and flexibility of the C4T and true to its description, I honestly felt like I was lighter when I walked with them for the first time. They feel like Nike free runs. The first day it rubbed my achilles heel pretty raw but that was more to do with the fact that I just tied them way too tight but after that, it's heaven on my feet. They are so easy to run in and make rucking a worlds easier. I am a size 9 in women's so I got a 7.5 men's and it fits perfectly although I probably should've sized up and gotten an 8 because it's too narrow for most boot socks that I own so I need to go and buy some thinner socks now. Otherwise it's a great boot and I'm extremely happy with it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Comfortable I bought these boots upon returning from deployment. Right off the bat they were the most comfortable boots I'd ever worn. Within one day I bumped my toe on a piece of angle iron and a chunk came off with ease. I continued to wear them for the next year on another deployment. I loved them. Rucking, running, and gunning, they performed great! By the end of my deployment that same toe I had taken a chunk out of wore the rest of the way through. I bought a new pair of these boots and my first day wearing them, the seems connecting the leather and the mess burst. The third day, the other boot did the same. All in all, these boots feel great but I feel the quality is sub par. If you can get a decet pair, and good luck as I hear I am not the only one purchasing exploding boots, you won't be disappointed. If they can sort out there quality control, I'd love another pair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good boots I bought these boots online for my husband, to replace the exact same pair he had worn out. The previous pair was purchased from bass pro shops in store, and he loved them--lightweight, very comfortable and roomy, and flexible. He wore them over a year, most times for a full day without any complaints of his feet hurting. When it was time to replace, the same boot was only available online. The new pair is almost just as good, but they seem to be stiffer around the ankle, with some plastic clicking sounds when you bend it. The material is slightly different and although it does not affect comfort, it is somewhat bothersome.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from (Was) One of my favorite garrison boots Purchased these boots a couple years ago after finishing basic. They're lightweight and pretty comfortable. After breaking them in, they were my favorite garrison boot. Now, they're no longer AR 670-1 compliant so, oh well. A GREAT boot to buy if you're wanting to wear Army-style boots but you're not in the Army. CONS: ROPE CLIMBING!! My experience with trying to climb a rope with these was rough. The arch portion of my boot was very slick and I had a real hard time getting a firm foothold with these boots. Bottom line: Good boots. Don't buy them for Army use as of this date.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best for what your getting Ok the reviews on here are just ridiculous "In 24 hours the sole was gone" Yet I used two pairs of these to walk 200+ miles in a Light Infantry company. Let's be realistic and say no these are not the most durable boots you can buy. However you are getting a extremely lightweight and comfortable boot for under a $100. If your the type of person that wants a boot that they can trash and not worry about falling apart then this is not the boot for you. If you want a boot so light its like wearing slip on shoes and are willing to take care of them then this boot will serve you well. I hope Rocky never stops making this boot its amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Low, low price. Tried many other boots but I'm glad to return to the these as they work best for my back. I resolved the tightness on top of foot by removing stitches at base of tongue and after a week of use I still have not found the need to use my leather stitch kit. Comparing them to my previous Rocky pair it seems as though the overlap was reversed or thinner connecting piece omitted. It is the sole of this boot that I love. Strides are natural. Other boots (Reebok and Tactical Gear) whose soles appeared exact matches to this particular Rocky boot would NOT flex, making my steps "clompish". Not very stylish but extremely wearable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would be great if not for a fatal flaw I want to love these boots: phenomenally lightweight, supremely comfortable and perfect for hot weather. Problem is the outer sole falls apart. It is composed of a soft base sole with 6 cemented-on higher-density lugs in addition to cemented-on toe and heel caps. The cement does not hold and, after wearing them for only a few weeks, the lugs began to fall off and the caps started coming loose. At this point I've re-attached the lugs and caps several time with Gorilla glue (clear) to the point that there is more glue than lug. Sooooooooo disappointed: if it weren't for this issue they would easily be my favorite boot ever. I regret that I cannot recommend them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THIS BOOT I am a soldier in the U.S. Army and I bought this boot several weeks ago after finishing Basic Training and AIT. It is a great boot and I was excited to finally be able to wear something other than the standard issue boots only to find out that the C4T is NO LONGER UNIFORM COMPLIANT! The Army in all it's infinite wisdom is changing the rules again and this boot is UNAUTHORIZED because it is made of synthetic materials and not cowhide leather.
