Rocky GritArmor Composite Toe Waterproof Insulated
The upper of this Rocky GritArmor work boot has been crafted from a combination of hardy full-grain leather and outstandingly strong nylon. There is a molded rubber shell that comes up over the work boot's toe and on the back of this men's boot there is a heel guard; these features are in place to protect this footwear against abrasions.
This GritArmor work boot has met the ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C/75 Protective Toe Classification as well as its Electrical Hazard Standard. Its composite toe is capable of withstanding up to 75 lbs. of impact and compression. If you want your feet to be protected from falling or electrical objects, these brown work boots are what you need to be wearing.
Rocky has built features into this work boot to ensure that your feet remain warm, dry and comfortable. These boots were built with 400 grams of Thinsulate™ Ultra Insulation; this allows the interior to remain warm on even on the chilliest of days. It is important that you select a work boot that is made with Rocky waterproof construction, because it guarantees that the interior will remain dry. Then there is the Terra Suspension footbed; this polyurethane insole cushions your steps and makes walking in these 10" boots a comfortable experience.
It is great to have an EVA midsole; it keeps the footwear lightweight and it supplies cushioning that feels sublimely comfortable. On the bottom of this men's boot is the Lynx outsole; it is incredibly durable and you'll receive great traction that'll allow you to walk across all different types of terrain with ease.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
