Additional Information

Rocky® Broadhead Waterproof Insulated Outdoor Boots are created for the intense hunter, especially the bow hunter who walks farther, stays longer, and wants lightweight boots. These are insulated hunting boots with 400 grams of 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation.

The BroadHead promises to go the distance with even the most dedicated of bow hunters.

Broadhead boots are waterproof hunting boots. Rocky guarantees that they keep your feet dry as you walk through mud, over soggy ground and among wet leaves.

And if you're walking, you want to walk comfortably. The Broadhead is designed as a comfortable boot with an EVA midsole and a special, lightweight aggressive rubber skin outsole.

Despite the great tread and grip on this outsole, this boot is 33 percent lighter than the average hunting boot. That's important if you are going to walk the extra mile after your prey; you don't want heavy boots. These lightweight boots also help you move easier, more quickly shifting direction and making less noise than you would in heavy, cumbersome boots.

The boot upper is made of ripstop nylon to stand up to underbrush. This features a Realtree Xtra® camouflage pattern that helps you blend well with your surroundings. You definitely want camouflage boots.

Additional performance comes from the interior features of these men's boots. The moisture management lining does exactly as it implies; it manages moisture to help prevent your feet from sweating. It's a good feature to have because your feet will stay warm during those long hours of hunting.

Rocky Broadhead Waterproof 400G Insulated Outdoor Boot is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad design After 2 days in the field, the plastic coating on the front of boot started peeling off, where your toes bend. I returned boot and got another pair. After another 2 days the exact same issue happened with the 2nd pair. Nice lightweight boot, but very poor design.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wouldn't buy them again After one season of whitetail hunting in the Midwest (Most of my time is spent in a tree stand) the sole has started to peel away at the base of the big toe and the rubber toe guard has peeled off as well. The nylon rip stop offers almost zero protection against rock and brush and has torn in spots along the base of the boot. These boots are warm and feel comfortable for mild weather hunting and so far my feet have stayed dry, but I would not purchase these boots again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs a sale price for this boot I bought a pair at the discount rack in Academy for about $98 bucks and after about three months working in a mechanic shop with solvents and I've walked about a hundred miles in 'em, the only problem is the rubber at the front is peeling away. I'm waiting to find these boots for sale at about $100 each so i can buy three more pairs. I will never spend $150 for a pair and you shouldn't either! Overall these boots are awesome, by far the best boot I've ever owned. My favorite one and I'm waiting to see 'em go for a $100 bucks a pair so i can stock up on 3 or 4 pairs.
