Rocky Ride Steel Toe Western Work Boot
This men's 11" square-toe Rocky RIDE Western is an exceptional work boot. The upper has been put together with full-grain leather; it allows these brown boots to be durable, look handsome and feel remarkably smooth. The dark hue and stitching look so nice together that you'll feel comfortable wearing these boots before and after work. To eliminate the difficulty of getting these leather boots on in the morning, the footwear has been constructed with finger holes, pull straps and an Expansion Fit Seam™.
A steel toe has been constructed into these work boots; it is a wonderful defense against heavy objects and keeps your toes safe from harm. A good piece of information to know about these boots is that they have been built in compliance with the ASTM F2413 I/75 C/75 Protective Toe Classification (able to bear up to 75 lbs. of impact and compression) and the ASTM F2413 Electrical Hazard Standard.
Your legs will be surrounded by a dark-brown tricot lining; you will like having this material inside of your footwear because it's lightweight, very soft (prevents chafing) and is particularly durable. The RIDE footbed provides superb cushioning, has an arch stabilizer for support, it's breathable because of meticulously placed ventilation holes and is quite flexible. For even more comfort, layers of EVA have been built into the structure of these boots; it provides out-of-this-world cushioning but is lightweight so it won't weigh down the footwear.
In order for you to have steady footing and to keep the arches of your feet supported, Rocky built a steel shank into this work boot. The RIDE rubber outsole is outstandingly hard wearing, has a great deal of flexibility, you can stand on it comfortably throughout the day and it provides great oil and slip resistance. The best part is when the outsole has worn completely down, you don't have to get a new pair of boots; this Western has been assembled with Goodyear welt construction, which means that you can take it to a shoe repairman and have it resoled rather easily.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
