The Rocky® Alpha Force is a boot built to work as hard as you. When the job gets tough, these 8-inch composite toe boots can handle whatever is thrown their way.
These boots feature a composite toe cap and meet the highest ASTM F2413 Protective Toe footwear standards for impact and compression resistance.
Constructed with a special oil and slip resistant RigiTrac™ molded EVA and rubber outsole, these soles really grip the terrain to help you maintain your footing. Comfort is key when you work long days on your feet. These boots feature the Rocky Air-Port™ footbed, which is a high performance, cushioning and comfortable footbed that circulates air with every step. This footbed is molded from durable PU so it won't break down or lose its shape over time. Slide in and out of these boots with ease with a heavy-duty inside zipper featuring a Velcro security closure.
If you're looking for a boot that can keep up with you, the Rocky® Alpha Force is perfect for the job.
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.

Quality boot except for the heel!I received these boots 11/11/19 and like the other reviewer, the heel cup does dig into the sides of my heels. I'm still holding out hope that they will break in a little more but as of right now it is uncomfortable. If it does not get any better I will probably make use of the warranty and return them. Aside from that they seem like a quality made boot. The only other suggestion I would have for Rocky would be to put a loop on the back of the boot to assist in pulling the boot on.

Comfortable but...I've had my pair for less than a month, and I was hoping for them to break in better. They feel a half size or more skinnier than they should be. I wore them today at work ( golf course grounds) grass is 3" tall and wet with do. After about an hour my feet where wet.

Not the original Alpha Force BootCheap build, completely different lacing set up and no gusset behind the zipper as the previous version had, open seams inside of the shoe, and they are at least 1/2 size too small.

Kills your feetBought the boots about 2 weeks ago now figuring your just needed to break them in when in fact the heel cup in the lot can not be broken in and just keeps digging into your Achilles with every step. Tried bending it with pliers and working it out but it always seems to go right back to digging into your Achilles.
