The exterior on this Rocky Men's Paraboot has an adequate amount of durability and ruggedness so that it is able withstand the most unforgiving working conditions. The upper has been built from premium full-grain black leather. These 10-inch duty boots have a side zipper that aids in getting them on/off rapidly. In addition to these features, there is a polishable toe so that you can keep these boots looking like they are in tiptop shape.

A great deal of the paraboot's strength  can be  attributed to its Goodyear welt construction. Eventually, all duty boots begin to wear down; with this construction, these boots can be repaired with no trouble and they'll revert back to their original hardiness.

The contoured EVA footbed provides cushioning that will pacify your achy feet, and will make standing a much more comfortable experience.

You will have more stability as a result of the stabilizer, because it is nonmetallic you will not have to remove your footwear or be delayed around scanners or sensitive equipment. The black rubber lug outsole provides dependable traction; this is especially beneficial when you are walking on uneven terrain.

If you want comfort and durability, these strong-featured duty boots are just a mouse click away.

Rocky Men's Zipper Paraboot Duty Boot is rated 4.2857 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Boots So I originally bought these boots 9.5 years ago, and they lasted until now with heavy use. The only reason I'm replacing them is because they look rough, but were still functioning appropriately. The newly ordered boots are the same quality as the original pair that I bought. I will never own a different brand of boots. The fit is great. Tread and stability are excellent. Easy to polish with front toe cap. Break in period is quick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from comfortable, tough, flexable. bought these two days ago. right out the box and straight to patrol the same morning, and are comfy.. I wear these for work as a sheriff's deputy. the zipper stays zipped and the snaps on the top stay snapped. I had bad luck with my last two pair of rocky work boots, but these are awesome and the zipper is a great feature

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Zipper side, wide bottems, thick tred I bought these about a month ago, and love them, I used them for everything, Airsoft, Paint ball, and work, I'm on my feet for 10 hours a day, and these keep my feet from hurting.. Unlike my old Wellco boots, not only are they good on your feet, they look good to!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far they equal my old jump boots, if not better I loved my old jump boots and had them for several years (They were Corcoran's, The original jump boot), but due to a med I take, my feet grew and they no longer fit (Went from 11.5W to 12.5W/13 at 40 years old). Pro 1: They have the look I want, the "Jump Boot, Military Look", black boots with the toe cap and the zipper on the side. Pro 2: They have replaceable, stitched on soles (I HATE boots with a "welded or glued" on soles). This was one requirement I had for any boot I was looking at. A shoe store in my town will replace the soles for $80, and the boots will be good as new again. (All ready broke in boots with new soles are great) Pro 3: Polishable leather, and they are breaking in better than I thought for new boots. Pro 4: Plastic zipper that wont loose its color, my old pair's zipper are metal and worn showing the metal. Pro 5: Their price. They were more in the range I wanted to spend. Getting another pair of Corcorans were out of the range I wanted to spend on a pair of boots, also I wanted to try a different manufacture. Con 1: After 12 there were no half sizes, so I went with a 13, which is a little big on me, but with a second pair of thinner socks, they fits just as good as my other pair did, and no blister yet. Con 2: The laces that come with them are "plastic" and cheap feeling and when you tighten them, they wont stay in place. (Used my old boots laces, which work perfect) Con 3: They have a zipper cover on top of boots, they have two snaps, both have one snap that does not lined up properly, but I can replace/move it myself down the road, It does not affect the boots use, just a little annoying. Over all, I really like them. They have the look, feel, and the style I want. Plus my main requirement for a pair of boots was them to have a stitched on sole. I can deal with the Cons I listed. I'm pretty sure I will have these boots for a very long time, with normal care and maintenance. (I kinda wish I got the waterproof ones)
