Additional Information

The Rocky 8" AlphaForce is a great work boot for you to have on your feet when you report for duty.

One vital feature of this Rocky AlphaForce boot is that is has been built with Rocky Waterproof construction. It combines a waterproof inner layer, with the upper, and that provides a barrier that keeps water from entering your boot. If you are going to be on your feet for hours at a time, you don't want to be walking around with drenched feet, this feature will prevent that from occurring in the first place.

During the construction process, a side zipper was added to the Rocky AlphaForce to allow you to be able to get your boots on easily and take them off just as smoothly at the end of the day.

The insole is made from a contoured removable polyurethane cushion, and this will provide your feet with a level of comfort. If you tend to put a lot of weight onto the back of your heels, you will be relieved to know that the material is extra thick in that area of the boot, so the weight will be eased off of your feet.

So, if you are seeking a boot that will keep your feet dry and comfortable when you are on duty, this Rocky AlphaForce Zipper Waterproof Duty Boot is the right choice for you!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissapointed... These boots are comfortable but after about 3 weeks of simple daily wear, the snap cover on the right boot broke off, the snap cover on the left boot would never stay snapped but I can live with that. I get that these are not $350 boots, but the snap cover should not have ripped off in just 3 weeks of wear (normal wear I might add, nothing tactical, basically just office wear)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from WAY too small!!! I bought a pair of these boots for work, expecting them to be comfortable but soon discovered that they were far too small, even though I got them a half size bigger than I thought I'd need. I wore them for a WEEK at work and got such HUGE blisters on my heels and toes that I thought they'd NEVER heal. It took only a week to get the deep, painful blisters but it took close to a month for them to go away completely. They probably would have been comfortable boots if they had ffit right, though. They were nice and cushioned inside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Boots I bought these boots on a whim because being a mechanic I need comfy slip resistant boots. The first day I was a little unsure about them but once I wore them for a few days these boots became the most comfortable pair of shoes or boots I think I have ever owned. I am excited to put the waterproofing to the test when I have to do test rides in the rain. I not only wear these boots for work but they have become my daily wear shoes. My only complaint is that one of the snaps on each side always comes undone after a few steps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best boots ever Buying a second pair of these so I'll def have another pair on hand--I've never done this before. Great for driving the delivery truck all day, mashing through puddles, snow, on gravel; I wear em all the time now, great for spontaneous mucking through the woods or bogs or on the rocks at the ocean, all of which I have a strange habit of doing. Perfect with darn tough wool socks, wear em for 12+ hours, and they're not wicked crazy hot or anything. Best dang boots I've ever had, feet down. Boom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from accurate great light weight boot have worn them for over five years on the farm. great traction and clean out is relatively easy. some time there are minor gliches in mass production. sometime the flap snaps may not match or ther may two different grades of leather between the left and right. overall great boot and rocky will correct any problems.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not consistent in manufacturing I have recently bought 2 pairs of these boots and the leather flap w/ snaps that cover the zipper are cut in different sizes. When "snapped" and walking, the snaps come undone and the flap makes noise as the loose snap moves freely. The leather appears to have been cut to small or the snaps were not properly lined up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazingly comfortable! After buying snap on branded boots for a long time, a friend of mine gave me a used pair of these boots. I have to say these boots are by far the most comfortable foot wear I own and wear them everyday at work. I said goodbye to the pains from boots from my past! I recently bought a new pair. Excellent boots!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good boots Ordered my size, but were too narrow even though I ordered a wide. This was weird because I chose the same size as the Rocky work boots I have. At any rate, I had to order 1 full size larger. Breakin seems to be going well. Only complaint is the flap that covers the zipper comes unsnapped frequently.
