We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order online you can expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days! Our business days are Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (pre-tax) that are being shipped domestically. Orders using our free shipping service are typically shipped via FedEx SmartPost. This service utilizes FedEx to ship it close to your delivery location with USPS making the final delivery. Deliveries using this method usually take seven to ten business days.*
Expedited delivery services are available. Estimated delivery dates on these services is under the assumption orders are placed during business days before 1:00pm (EST). Orders placed after 1:00pm (EST) or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. For example, if an order is processed and placed using FedEx 2Day® shipping at 11:00am (EST) on Monday, it will arrive Wednesday or Thursday. If that same order is placed at 3:00pm (EST), it will take an extra day to process, arriving on Thursday or Friday.*
We now offer FedEx HAL for continental U.S. orders for our customers who would like to have their shipments held at an authorized FedEx Hold Location. You may select this option at checkout.
The process is convenient and easy. Search for a authorized FedEx Hold Location near you during checkout, select it using the interface and wait for your package delivery notification. With the exception of Armed Forces America and Armed Forces Pacific delivery, Armed Forces Delivery Locations' state field may change to "Armed Forces Africa" during address validation. This updated state selection is safe to submit as your original selection has the same shipping state code as "Armed Forces Africa" (AE)
