Rated 1 out of 5 by from The inner Souls do not stay on the boot The only complaint I have about these boots are The Souls of the boots start peeling even with the double stitching it starts breaking off around the edges we first pair I went through in 2 months the second pair lasted me 8 months !!! The first pair were issued to me but I love them so much I didn't mind paying close to $300 for them when they first came out make sure you don't pay with cash because you lose the receipt they will not do a return and I know I'm over the year warranty but I said that at the beginning but I figured they'd work with somebody that was in between deployments ! If you look at the reviews I'm not the only Soldier having this problem!!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Solid boots but came damaged Hey everyone ! I bought these boots at the beginning of summer 2018 and got them at the end of fall 2018. I got my boots and upon inspection noticed the stiching on the left boot was already unraveling close to the top of the boot. Ill add a photo to show what I mean. For $300 and 4 Month wait I expected them to no have issues on arrival. I contacted rocky and they said they could take them back and refund me, or I could return them and get a new pair. The catch was that I’d have to wait another 3-4 months to get them. I got these for the winter for my job, I don’t have time to send them back and wait. The boots are super comfortable though and even though they are ripping they work well. So that’s my review

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I wanted the S2V's because of the the way the insole felt and comfort comments friends made about the boots. After checking some local stores who only carried the narrower width I ordered them in the wide width directly from Rocky. Upon receipt I tried them on and even with a thin sock they were extremely tight. I don't know if it's the way the insole fits my foot, the overall style of the boot, or what makes them tight but they don't fit the way my latest pair of Rocky boots fit. Since I only laced them up and walked around the house in them I won't say anything pro or con about the quality of the boot except they look extremely well made so any further questions /comments will be as nuetral as possible. Some where it'll ask if I would recommend them, to that I would recommend try them on if at all possible. I was disappointed having to return them. Rocky immediately sent a return slip and I'm waiting for their notice of receipt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Longevity!! Ex Military I bought these boots before I went over seas in late 2011. I spent one full year walking and hiking through rocks, dirt, mud, you name it. Its now the year 2017 and I still wear these boots now. Im not in the military now but I wear them everyday for work. They hold up to the test of time for sure. Best boots I ever worn.
