Additional Information

If you work in a drilling job or the oil and gas industry, this work boot is designed for you. It's the Rocky® Elements Shale Waterproof Romeo Work Boot.

Created to withstand tough conditions, this men's work boot has an outsole that's direct attached and bonded to the leather of the boot. Rocky also triple-stitched the footwear in the high-wear areas for durability.

So that you aren't slipping and sliding on slick surfaces, this outsole resists oils and slips with a TPU skin. Do your job with the confidence that you have secure footing.

To keep your feet dry as you go about your day, this is a waterproof work boot. The waterproofing is guaranteed with Rocky Waterproof construction. Work is messy; keep the mess on the outside of your boot!

Getting out the door goes much quicker if you can just slip your foot into your waterproof boot. This romeo boot lets you do just that. Yes, there is a men's romeo that's tough enough to wear in the drilling industry. Work in style with the oiled full-grain leather and slightly shorter five-inch pull-on design of a romeo.

So, you're ready to go, but are you comfortable? Definitely! Inside this footwear is a removable Terra Suspension insole that cushions and supports your foot to make it a comfortable work boot. There's also a nylon shank for arch support, and the lining wicks away moisture from your feet.

Ready for a great work boot that can keep up with the demands of your job? Rocky created the Elements Shale just for this purpose. Get the men's boot that's made for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You will like them! Years ago I found a pair of Rocky Romeos on sale at a local shoe store. Bought them because of the marked down price. Once of the best pair of boots I ever owned. After 4 years of almost solid use they wore out and I went to find a replacement pair. To my dismay Rocky's had discontinued them. I purchased two other brands that were okay and then I found these!!!! I love these boots. They are different than my first pair but fit and finish is still Rocky's quality all the way. I wear a size 12 and buy a size 12. The only thing I do is put a different pair of arch supports in mine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boot for easy on & off. I have had the Romeo Elements boot for 6 months now. They needed no break in time at all, they fit great super comfortable quick and easy to put on and take off. My feet don't sweat in them which is very important to me when buying a new boot. I'm a Block Mason in Northern Michigan so this boot I bought for our warmer months. They have held up wonderfully in the last 6 months and I foresee me wearing them @least another year. After which I'll be purchasing another pair. I recommend this boot highly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I've had these for several months and have been wearing them as my everyday work shoe. I'm not a small guy and I spend a lot of walking and looking at streets in my City. These shoes have held up great. Very comfortable at the end of the day. I didn't know if I would like the slip on series and now that's all I want to wear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Worst boot I’ve ever owned. Got a 10W and it rubs my big toe terrible on both boots. Normally wear a9.5m but it was way too small. $120 down the drain
