Rocky Duty Light Waterproof Side Zip Boot
Are you a police or security officer who is looking for a lightweight, waterproof, 8"; boot that has a plain toe and is made with polishable leather? Well, congratulations, you found it! Allow us to introduce you to the Rocky Duty Light Waterproof Side Zip Boot (style #1063).
The upper is built from a combination of polishable, full-grain genuine leather and panels of 1200 denier ballistic nylon. This nylon fabric is lightweight, extremely rugged and durable.
The padded collar lining and gusseted tongue top lining are made from 3-D mesh, and the quarter lining is constructed from BK mesh. Both of these materials are widely used in high-quality athletic footwear, because of their breathability and moisture management features.
The Guaranteed Rocky Waterproof Construction will keep your feet completely dry.
You won’t ever have to worry about the fit of this Rocky Duty Light boot. The lace system on this #1063 boot has five (5) oval eyelets, two (2) hooks and one (1) top post for maximum adjustment. Plus, there’s a fully gusseted, waterproof side zip for quick and easy on and off. The last has a full round toe with good fitting characteristics.
Rocky’s thick Air-Port footbed is made from polyurethane, and is ventilated. It cushions impact and promotes air circulation every time you take a new step.
The compression molded EVA midsole helps with impact absorption and stability.
The skeletal molded rubber outsole is designed to leave some of the recessed EVA exposed on the bottom for maximum flex. For added wear, the outsole has a toe-bumper. The tread is made to be flat to provide you with maxim surface contact and to give these boots a good grip.
