Football season is in full force, so we live for game day and the snacks that go with it!  Chicken wings are always a hit, but lollipop chicken legs are hard to beat!  So follow along and I'll tell you how we made em!   BBQ Bacon wrapped Chicken Lollipops! Aight Guys!!  Let's talk chicken!  The holidays and college football are upon us and everyone is always looking for that perfect snack to take to the tailgate or get together.  Well I have got you covered!  Bacon wrapped chicken leg lollipops!  These things are always a hit and never last long!  I mean how can you go wrong with chicken wrapped in back and drenched in bbq sauce!  Now come along and I'll walk you through on how we made em!   IngredientsBBQ Bacon Wrapped Chicken Lollipops8 - Chicken Legs8 - Slices of Thin Cut BaconAight Guys!! AbsolutelyFreakinKiller AP RubAdd To CartAight Guys!! Smokey Sweet RubLane’s BBQ Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce8 - Grill PinzParsley for Garnish DirectionsBBQ Bacon Wrapped Chicken LollipopsPreheat Pellet Smoker to 300 degrees.Lollipop your chicken legs by removing the top and bottom knuckles from the chicken legs. (See video on how to do this)Pull the skin back on your chicken legs and season the chicken with my AbsolutelyFreakinKiller AP Rub. Pull the skin down and season the outside of the skin the same way.Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each chicken leg and secure it with your Grill Pinz.Season the outside of the bacon with my Smokey Sweet Rub and place on the grill. Allow chicken to cook until the internal temperature reaches 165-170 degrees, flipping halfway in between.Once the chicken is done, dunk them in the Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce and back on the smoker for another 10-15 minutes until the sauce is set.Remove the Grill Pinz from the chicken, garnish with chopped parsley and serve em up!

Everybody loves a good tailgate recipe right?  One of our go to recipes is always sliders.  I mean you really just can't go wrong with a good ole slider recipe, so come along and I'll show you what we made!   Cuban Tailgate Sliders Aight Guys!!  Game Day and Tailgating are one of our favorite things to do and sliders are always a go to!  This one right here is one of my absolute favorites because I love a good Cuban sandwich!  The mixture of pork tenderloin, ham, Swiss cheese, mustard and those pickles make for one incredible bite!  Now let's get into it and I'll show you how we make em!   IngredientsCuban Sliders2 - Pork TenderloinsLane’s BBQ QNami SeasoningYellow Mustard1 - Pack of King’s Hawaiian Rolls1 - Package of Deli Ham12 - Slices of Swiss CheeseDill Pickle Chips2 - Tbsp of Melted Butter   DirectionsCuban SlidersPreheat Pellet Smoker to 300 degrees.Use yellow mustard as a binder and coat the 2 pork tenderloins on all sides and season well with Lane’s QNami Seasoning.Place tenderloins on smoker and cook to an internal temperature of 140 degrees, remove and let rest.Slice pork tenderloin into 1/8” to ¼” slices.Slice your King’s Hawaiian rolls in half and Slater both sides with yellow mustard. Start off with a layer of 6 slices of Swiss cheese, then a layer of deli ham, next a layer of the pork tenderloin, a layer of dill pickle chips and finally another layer of remainder of Swiss cheese.Place the top part of the rolls to cover. Take melted butter and brush all over the top of the rolls and season with more QNami seasoning.Place in an aluminum pan, cover with foil and back on the grill at 335 degrees for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, remove foil and allow to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until rolls are brown.Bring inside, allow to cool for a few minutes and Dig in!
