Best boots ever designed
I have a 1/4 arch in my foot so I'm semi-flat footed. This is my 3rd pair of AlphaForce Zipper Waterproof Duty Boots "whoever designed this style boot deserves a raise". I started using these boots when I was bouncing at the night clubs. I'm now in the Construction Industry again and I went back to the same comfortable boot because of its suspension "insoles" which has the best support of any boot I have ever purchased. They have 3 resistances on the soles; non-marking, slip resistant and oil resistant. Thank You! for creating the best made boots I've ever worn.

Durable everyday duty boots!
I bought my first pair about two years ago. I've always had Rocky boots for hunting and works boots. Thought I'd give alpha force boots a shot for duty. I work 10 hour days 50-60 hrs a week. In two years I've had two pairs and just received my third today. I am hard on boots and work in a rural area. They are good in rain, snow, I and all summer long. Great traction year round. Treads clear themselves of mud and debris for the most part. And my feet are always dry and warm. The only real wear is on the outside edge of toe box on right boot from the way I sit in my cruiser since I'm tall. That boot seems to stretch more and be subjected to more salt/water especially in the winter that accumulates on the floor board. They are a bit narrow. I typically wear a 13d in all shoes and boots but the alpha force 13 wide fits like standard width boots. Usually the inside of the heel area starts to come apart after about a year, exposing the plastic reinforcement and that's when I order a new pair. By then the leather is broken down to where a good shine only barely makes them pass inspection. Overall I am pleased with the comfort, appearance and durability of this boot for an all seasons duty boot in the Midwest. You will not be disappointed in this boot and $104.99 a year is a steal and even better when on sale for 25% off.

I bought these boots for my son for Christmas. He is a firefighter/paramedic & has worn Rockies throughout his career. He loves them for their comfort (after breaking them in a couple of days), flexibility, and the support, especially around his ankles. The zipper feature is the biggest selling point because when a call comes in, he's got to be ready to go. They are true to size. He goes through a pair a year which is saying a lot for the Rocky brand considering he is in those boots for 24 hour shifts.

Long lasting!
I bought these AlphaForce boots about 4 years ago at a small shop in Arizona and they lasted me all this time wearing them everyday standing, walking, running, jumping fences, all of the above, these boots survived for 4 years! It’s remarkable. They are wonderfully comfortable. I did notice they started to wear badly in the heel area and decided to buy some new ones and was shocked to find you made the same kind still. On my old boots, I had broken off the zipper covers because they were buttons so they wore easily trying to unbutton them; but the new ones are Velcro which is absolutely a life changer! Once again, I am in love with these boots! Standing for 8 hours straight and not having back pain from it by the end of the day, now that’s a miracle!

Not sure how I’ve made it through 16 years of Law Enforcement without having purchased Rocky brand boots before, but these are the best boots I’ve ever owned! Tough, yet super comfortable. Fits & wears great
I work for the state & when they bought us these boots, I was doubtful of their quality. Man, was I wrong! They are really comfortable & walking on cement for 12 hours that is a must. Due to recent weather, I checked out how waterproof they were. My feet stayed dry & warm. I look forward to wearing them in the winter months ahead.

Long lasting boot... In almost all respects.
I have bought two pairs of these boots, the first pair, in 2012, and while they were slightly different in design, they were in all respects, the same boot, minus a redesigned side-zipper cover. The problem is, in both, the plastic in the back of the interior of the boot, where my Achilles is located, breaks down after a couple years and makes it slightly painful/ rather difficult to put the boot on. This is the only problem with an otherwise perfect product that I will be purchasing again.
Also, a few weeks ago, I was doing some residential demolition, and got some nails in my boots, the few that I noticed went through the bottom of the boot like butter, but didn't puncture my foot, after I pulled them, you could barely tell were they entered, and didn't affect the water proofing at all. Still wearing the boots.

Great BOOT period!
As a police officer in Colorado for 34 years I needed a boot that would stand up to the demands of the job keep my feet warm and dry as well be comfortable to wear while standing for long periods of time. I just purchased my 3rd pair of Rocky's AlphaForce Zippered Waterproof duty boot for this very reason. My last pair of boots worked in the snow and rain for 3 years then as a retired officer for 4 years after that. They finally wore out after 7 years and I ordered new pair. My feet have changed over the years, but the new boots, right out of the box, fit like a glove and were comfortable to wear for 8 hours of yard work and splitting wood from the get go. I know there are other brands and boots out there, but I really can't think of any that I would rather have. Pj

Rocky AlphaForce Boots
I've been in law-enforcement for many years. And these boots have been field tested to the max. From Special Ops to the Patrol Division and they held up well! I'm a school officer and have a pair on as we speak. Light weight and very comfortable I do a lot of walking and these boot's are on point!!
