Additional Information

The Rocky® C7 CXT Lightweight Commercial Military Boot was designed by soldiers for soldiers, giving you superior lightweight performance. It has all the features you need and is a comfortable military boot.

Rocky made this an extremely lightweight boot. Each boot weighs less than 15 ounces because Rocky knows that "Ounces Equals Pounds".

This coyote brown boot is uniform-compliant and GSA/TAA compliant.

The men's military boot is designed for great durability. It has triple-stitched construction so it stays together through wear and tear, day in and day out. It also is very flexible and gives your foot the support you want. Speed lace eyelets and NATO hooks mean you get your boot on fast and they stay secured.

Rocky gave this C7 CXT boot a lightweight Vibram® rubber outsole for performance and comfort. You wear your combat boot for endless hours, so make sure they're comfortable. This footwear has an ultra-comfortable Ortholite® memory foam footbed. There's also a padded collar. Superior breathability keeps your feet cool. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a fan at all I've been wearing Rocky boots almost my entire military career (all most 10yrs now) and I've had these boots for 7 weeks now. Price was great, fit and functionality are horrible!! First off the tread is virtually none existent. After two weeks the center of the tread in worn flat. Honestly can not see these lasting longer the 6mo max. Second I'm stationed in Texas and after only 7 weeks the entire lower half of my laces are bleached white from the sun. Where as the tops that fall under my pant blousings are still coyote. I most certainly am not down wearing Rocky boots however I will never own a pair of these again!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable fits extremely tight on top/sides Only worn for one day so far. I've never had a pair of Rocky's before, I've always worn dinner and garmonts. These boots are extremely light yet don't lack the padding and comfort like most lightweight boots lack. This boots feels great thanks to the memory foam inserts. The only issue I have is that on the top sides of the feet in-between the ankle and big toe, right on the 4th eyelet from the bottom are extremely tight. I've only worn them for a day but it almost doesn't seem right. A wide boot is far to wide for my feet so maybe the leather just needs to break in, and I'm wearing an 11 with more than enough room in the toe box.if any rocky personell can answer if this is normal it would be appreciated. Overall this is a very comfortable boot and if the leather loosens up around the the 4th eyelet I would give it a higher rating. Very comfortable and lightweight. The leather also seems like it will hold up very good as it is not super paper thing like most "sneaker-boots".

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Least favorite Rocky... This is my 5th pair of boots from Rocky (C4, C5, CRLW, SV2x2) over a 5 year and some time career in the military. I've never been so unsatisfied from Rocky. The shoe strings do cause pain over the top of your feet. As always I change my boot laces out with 550 style shoe strings - solved that problem. Now after going out for a few rucks to break them in (5th one) they are still rough to wear. I'd say these are garrison boots only and to not wear in the field or for ruck marches...perhaps some 5 mile boot runs, but no rucking. Sucks but this trainer has been my least favorite.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lightweight and flexible I just bought these boots 3 days ago and have been breaking them in. The only issue I have with the boots is the eyelits for the laces on the inside dig into my joint bone on my big toe causing discomfort. I am racking it up to the leather not loosened up yet and am applying some saddle soap to aide with the break in process. Other than that they are perfect and great price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not well thought out The tongue is so thin that the very hard shoe strings dig into the top of my feet. I also feel the stitching on the sides on the right boot. I have bad feet and need extra soles for a more cushioned support and so I normally put jelly soles in all of my boots. These boots didn’t work with them because the heel was so low that when the jelly’s were in the boot the heel of the boot was uncomfortable. In the plus side the boots were extremely light. Make the heel a little higher and use thicker material on the tongue over the foot and smooth over the stitching a little and you would have a good pair of boots. Until then. I had to give the boots away as I couldn’t wear them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice but fit seems off. Been wearing Rocky SVT's everyday for the past 10 or so years (not the same pair!) but was really excited to try something a lot lighter and cooler. Unfortunately the fit was just off. Bought the same size as my SVT's but the foot was too narrow and the heel was too loose. Just not comfortable at all for me. Will be calling to set up a return tomorrow but I do think they would be good boots if you can get a pair that fits you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very lightweight but with design issues I bought these boots shortly before a deployment to Iraq and didn't have a lot of time to break them in before I left the United States. After three weeks of steady wear in the desert terrain I have packed them back up, probably never going to wear them again. The issue with the boots is there is a bad rub on the top of my foot from the second and third inside eyelet from the toe, as well as the heel has a lot of room for foot movement, which has left blisters on the heal. I have tried numerous ways to lace the boot to lessen the eyelet rub, as well as tighten the wiggle room in the heel, with no resolve. For the price I paid for these boots I am very disappointed, especially Rocky built boots.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too big I've been wearing Rocky boots for a long time and have been very happy with them, but these boots do not fit right. I ordered the same size I've worn for years and these are a little bit big. The width is good but they are longer than all 10 of the other Rocky boot I have. To early for me to rate quality, but the eyelets dig in to my feet.
