This Rocky MudSox Wellington is surrounded by 5mm of waterproof neoprene, which certainly will keep your feet warm, dry, and comfortable.
What happens if the weather gets warmer, or you're walking around in dryer conditions and not having to slop through the mud? The neoprene on the shaft can be rolled down without any difficulty. This allows for you to be in control of your level of comfort.
This particular Rocky MudSox Wellington is made on an ankle-last, with a full, round toe. The boots are equipped with two handles (one on each side) to allow for easy on/easy off.
Features that allow this Rocky MudSox Wellington to be durable and provide you with a great fit are: a (hand-laid) rubber foot, an extra-wide full mudguard, and a heel plate to give your boots additional abrasion resistance. There is also a heel kick tab with will assist you in removing your boots quickly.
The outsole on this MudSox Wellington boot has been designed with a self-cleaning tread pattern. This will deliver excellent traction on those days when you are walking around in the mud. To make them look new again, all you have to do is hose them off; cleaning can't get any simpler than that.
