The upper of this Rocky men's Western boot has been crafted with Long Range Leather™ by SRL. The Long Range footbed provides cushioning and has airflow chambers (great breathability). Underneath, there is a cushioned layer that will mold to the shape of your foot, which allows the footwear to feel as if it has been custom made for you. The midsole and outsole cushioned core help to absorb shock, provide additional cushioning, enhances the footwear's flexibility and help to reduce the amount of weight that you are pressing down throughout the day.
The Stabili-Shank™ has been inserted between the outsole cushioned core layer and the outsole; it ensures that you are provided with optimal lateral stability (your ankles won't be rolling from side to side in these boots) and provides outstanding arch support. The Long Range rubber outsole has been put together with non-slip center lugs so that you will have ideal slip resistance and fantastic traction on all types of surfaces; you'll also appreciate its high level of durability, how comfortable it is to stand on as well as its resistance to oil. Goodyear welt construction improves the durability of this men's boot, but also allows you to take your worn-down outsole to a shoe repairman and have it completely resoled.
