Additional Information

Rocky® Cornstalker Composite Toe GORE-TEX® Waterproof Insulated Work Boots have a ton of features to help you do your job.

Safety comes from the composite toe. It's lighter than steel so it doesn't add a lot of weight to your boots, yet it still meets ASTM standards for impact and compression.

If your job has you outside in cold or wet conditions "” or both at the same time "” you want the Cornstalker. With GORE-TEX Waterproof construction, your feet are guaranteed to stay dry whether it's rain, puddles, mud or snow that you encounter. This waterproofing is paired with 600 grams of 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation to keep your feet warm, too. You'll shrug off the fall and winter weather.

While safety toe waterproof insulated boots would pretty much cover the bases for having happy feet, Rocky takes boots beyond this to give you extra features. The Cornstalker has been around for decades and keeps getting better. These work boots are made with full-grain leather and Cordura® 2x2 basket weave construction. Cordura 2x2 is created with INVISTA yarns woven together, providing durable performance. The Cornstalker always has been known for its aggressive, extremely lightweight polyurethane outsole. Now, it's even better with a durable netfit welt construction which seals the polyurethane and eliminates hydrolysis (a chemical reaction that gives you crumbling shoes).

Inside, you get the Rocky Air-Port™ cushion footbed circulates air with each step you take. Molded from durable PU, it won't break down or lose its shape.

If you want work boots that give you protection, comfort, quality and technology, you want the Rocky Cornstalker.

    Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
    Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using protective toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
    Insulated
Traditional insulation - typically felt or polyfill material offers a thermal barrier without the added benefits of premium insulations.
    GORE-TEX®
GORE-TEX® fabric features revolutionary patented technology that is windproof, waterproof and breathable. GORE-TEX® is a registered trademark of W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc.

Rocky Cornstalker Composite Toe GORE-TEX® Waterproof Insulated Work Boot is rated 4.2727 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everything i expected and a bit more. I was unable to find a review on these puppies anywhere so i figured i'd get one out there. The first thing i wanna say is that these boots are thinsulate ultra, and that was a surprise as the site made it appear they were normal thinsulate. These boots are warm down to about 10 degrees f with regular socks, down 0 with thin wool socks, and I'd say they'll keep your feet pretty happy down to -30 with some thick wool socks. i drive a forklift and therefore these tempatures and judgements are made by someone with a resting heartrate, if your job is physical they'll be even warmer. The composite toe really does take away the cold bit that steel toes normal come with. my feet stay dry in these, unless i wear them when its a bit too warm and my feet sweat. i wouldn't wear these above freezing temps. i work on the dock of a shipping terminal near Cleveland driving a forklift and the goretex does great at stopping the wind. The break in time for these boots was almost none, they felt like my feet about been molded to them after only about 2 days. The only negative i see to these boots is that they run a bit small, get a half size larger ATLEAST if you plan on wearing thick socks or sock liners.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boots I received these boots through my company and although I have only had them a few days they are nice and fit well. I do agree with the first review in that they tend to run a bit small so order a half size larger. I normally wear a 9.5-10 wide depending on the manufacturer so I ordered a 10.5 wide and they fit perfectly. Remember these are composite toed so you need the extra half size for the unyielding nature of the toe area. Also, as with any boot, if you have a narrow heel like me you'll need thicker socks. Overall a great boot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No complaints I have only had the boots now for two days but I love them. The comfort is great and as far as I can tell the quality is good. The only complaint I have is that this boot only comes in wide. I took the advice of the last review on got my boots a half size bigger becasuse he said they run small. Well I found this is not the case. They are a hair too big for me now but I can manage. Overall so far a great boot. I'm coming into winter in Colorado and I work outside so it will be a test of the Thinsulate quality. Great boot!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst pair of boot I've ever owned!!! I bought these 3 weeks ago thinking they would be great for cold weather. They are warm, I can't argue that. Day 2 of wearing these boots they started making a squeak/scrunching sound when I walked. Now people look from 30 yards away becquse they can hear me coming. I own 3 pair of Rocky hunting boots and 1 other pair of Rocky work boots that are all pretty old and never had an issue. The newer Rockys are absolute junk! I will never waste my money on another pair!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HoRrible Second pair and rocky cant seem to send me a pair that have a flat even sole inside. My toe hits and bump on the boot and then my foot actually sits on a bump inside the boot. I guess they are working with people that have irregular feet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The squeaker This is a really great boot over all but climbing up hills it could use alittle more padding in the heel and no matter where you are or what you do every step is going to squeak. I think it's the safety toe sliding against the material
