Additional Information

The Rocky S2V Steel Toe Tactical Military Boot is made in America, has a steel toe, saves your ankle from rolls, protects you from elements you may encounter on duty "” and still remains comfortable.

Made in the USA, this is a Berry-compliant military boot and a GSA-approved item.

With a steel toe, the boot that meets ASTM standards for protective toe (PT), electrical hazard (EH) and impact and compression (I/C75). The outsole also protects your feet by resisting nearly everything: fire, oils, slips and abrasions. It's PTFE-coated for flame resistance.

Durability, support and comfort also are priorities with this boot. The tactical boot is made with Roll-Stop Ankle Stability™ "” a unique rounded edge outsole ensures a stable foundation for every footstep, dramatically reducing injuries from ankle rolls. This is an excellent boot for law enforcement or military personnel.

Proprietary high-walled Vibram® soles are stitched to the upper. This is a triple-stitched shoe; it will last. A fiberglass shank provides internal support for your feet.

Dri-Lex lining with Aegis Microbe Shield wicks away moisture.

The Rocky Air-Port™ Cushion Footbed is molded from durable PU that will never break down or lose its shape. The Air-Port Cushion Footbed circulates air with every step.

This is a polishable black leather, 9-inch lace-up boot.

    Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
    Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.

Rocky S2V Steel Toe Tactical Military Boot is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from 3 in a row ? ? ? First pair - right boot , knot of material under insole, felt like walking on a twisted up sock or something ? Second pair - right boot , same EXACT thing . Third pair - right boot , same as last TWO . Manufacturing needs to know quickly ! On a positive note I bought a pair of S2V sage green non steel toe and uninsulated over a year ago and could not be more honest in saying that they are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned . Presently waiting on inspection of all defected pairs and a inspected new pair being sent . Very unfortunate but if they get it right this time it's worth the wait . ; )

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great boot The boots are light, tough and super comfortable, the only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is i apparently didn't read/understand but they are either not oil and or slip resistant in my line of work the boots must say those statements so i am slipping and sliding so if you instead on using these in an oily greasy environment Unfortunately your gonna want to look some where else... Other than that super boot

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome purchase I had the tan Rocky's for my type IIIs and was so happy when I found a pair in regs for my type Is. Most comfortable pair of boots I have ever worn. Extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These boots are amazing. I bought these boots a month ago. I wear them on duty and they are exceptional. The steel toe doesn't bind and crack the polished toe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful comfortable boot These boots are incredibly comfortable, they breathe amazing and they look good. I haven't had a chance to run in them yet but I imagine they feel great on the run as well. My only complaint is that the front of the boot has separated (2 materials have come apart that were glued) and I've only worn them twice. I REALLY don't want to send them back because they are great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much more comfortable than standard issue Kind of a "No duh" when it comes to comparing the comfort of these to the standard uniform shop selection. I've been wearing these for almost 2 weeks now, and they are great! Felt a bit on the narrow side and also quite stiff out of the box, but after a good rubdown with baseball glove conditioner and some flexing and wearing, they wore like I'd had them for months! Much more comfortable standing in formation, walking, working, etc, more breathable, and they conform to all the Navy boot regs. They look different and some people will call you out for them, but there's nothing inherently wrong with them. Just point out all your regulation conforming features and you're good to go. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the Navy in the market for new boots. And if you're not Navy, I'd also recommend them for you. Whether it's a duty boot for LE/security or if just like good boots.
