Additional Information

These Berry-compliant (Made in the USA) Rocky® S2V Jungle boots are specifically designed and built for extremely hot, muggy surroundings.

The flash-resistant leather and 1,000 denier Cordura® create a lightweight, breathable upper that has durability and can dry quickly. These Rocky military boots have been triple-stitched throughout to ensure that the footwear has strength and will hold up particularly well. Similarly, the 550 cord laces are strong and the speed-lacing system allows you to get these boots on in a hurry.

Advanced S2V Sieve™ technology aids in keeping your feet cool, dry and completely comfortable by circulating air into these 8-inch Mojave Olive boots and forcing water/moisture out. Apart from its great drainage and ventilation, you benefit from the moisture-wicking Dri-Lex® lining - it's been treated with Aegis Microbe Shield® to keep bacteria and odor away - and the Air-Port™ cushion footbed that lets air flow around the bottoms of your feet and provides cushioning.

These jungle boots have a fiberglass shank; this component improves the amount of arch support and enhances the stability of the footwear further. Rocky's proprietary high-walled Vibram® rubber outsole is sturdy (helps prevent your ankles from rolling within these boots), holds up well, is lightweight, flexible and delivers oil resistance.

Advanced technology, hardy yet breathable fabrics, a durable structure and comfortable features make these Rocky S2V Jungle Boots perfect for your feet. Order your pair today!

Rocky S2V Jungle Boot is rated 3.9231 out of 5 by 26.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from great fitting boot This boot is light, flexible well built and breathable. I thought it would be more breathable than the C4T, but it was about comparable, which was still at the top of the list for breathability. This boot had a little bit of painless break in time, less than a week. It is very comfortable even just unlaced, worn like a cowboy boot. The side fabric on the upper feels a little thick and stiff for my liking, but on the plus side, that will wear like Iron. The laces are stiff as well, and feel like they will live through two or three pair of boots. I really like how it dose not have a bunch of padding inside that overheats your feet. Overall if your looking to get this boot, I think it is a good value.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pictures are very deceiving on the color of the boot and laces. They show a coyote brown leather with tan 499 colored laces and Cordura, but the Cordura and laces are actually an olive color like the boot title states, just don't buy thinking your getting a completely brown boot. Otherwise I got authorization from my commander and Sergeant Major for wear of these, since the color is coyote brown to what most manufactors state. They are super comfortable and look awesome. It's extremely humid here (%100 everyday) and these keep my feet from sweating. Lighter than my standard Sv2 and feel well balanced. I traditionally wear 10.5 in boots and 9.5 running shoes, these and the standard sv2 fit identical to my running shoe size which is a plus. Go with your true running shoe size is! Customer service offered me a refund as soon as I asked them about the color difference compared to the pictures so I comfortable to say they have top class CS. I received my boots overseas in about 8 days, fast shipping! Thank you

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Buy!! I bought these a week ago and yet they did fit slightly big on me I am wearing the fox river socks with them to get a tighter fit. I took them straight out the box and right into a squad LFX. After the week they feel almost completely broken. I did walk a lot though. I contemplated returning for smaller ones but I don't have the time. I recommend buying half a size smaller. I will be going back out next week and should be getting into some water. So far they feel great and a lot lighter than the regular SV2. Go ahead and give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Shoes I bought this shoe mid last year for use in the Malaysian Rainforest, Its an amazing pair of shoes gives me the confidence that I am protected while walking through dense jungle, it dries quickly, fairly easy to put on and take off and after a long day hiking through ridges and river crossings you dont feel as if you need to immediately need to remove them, very comfortable to wear all day long and even easy to drive a vehicle with them on. Only issue is the price is on the high side and my shoe is starting to fall apart the stitches on the from is starting to come off and the fabric on the side on my right toe is starting to open up. Its just under a year and I am in need of a new pair very soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good out of the box. No field time yet. I just received these boots. Out of the box they have required a little more break-in than my previous non-Jungle pair of S2Vs. I plan on using these for my train up and use in a ruck intensive school. They weigh a lot less than they look. The upper portion lacks the padding of previous models and allows for a tighter feel. This allows the heel cup to lock the ankle in place. I am confident I will not roll my ankle in these boots. The color goes well with OCP. I am not sure is they are 670-1 complaint, but I am not really concerned since I will use these mainly as a field boot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK but potential discomfort with boot tongue I bought this boot online and intend to use it in jungle conditions . So far I have just tried it inside. The fit is good but the first thing I am noticing that there seems to be excessive material in the boot tongue which bunches up on lacing creating slight discomfort on the top of the foot. The description says this tongue is lycra... but it looks just the other upper parts of the boot . I expect this to be noticeable once I use the boot in steep terrain. A leather tongue might be better. Also when flexing (in dry conditions) the boot folds "pop" and make an audible sound. This may disappear with use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rocky S2V Jungle Boot Review I purchased this boot for use at the Texas Border. These boots are lightweight. They have excellent support, even though they are made of mostly canvas. They are very sure footed on steep terrain. I got them wet several times and they dry within a few hours while wearing them. If your socks are still damp, change the socks and you will be all dry again. Not like gortex lined boots or other all leather boots that take a few days to dry completely. I like the thick paracord laces because they dont cut into the shin through the thin canvas. There was literally no break in period on these boots. I guess because they are made of canvas instead of leather. I did not catch any thorns through the boots. My feet felt cooler and did not sweat as much. These are probably the best boots you can buy for a wet climate. They are just a tad big for size with normal socks but they are great with my fox river boot socks. Also, feet swell in hot humid climates. They turn out to be just perfect.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wear size 10 in any other boot, danners, asolos, etc, so I ordered 10s they were super loose around the toe box, I ordered 9.5 direct from rocky boots, again too lose, yes I ordered the medium width. Finally I got the nike jungle boot size 10, good boot so far my second week in the wet jungle and I am glad that I didn't get Ricky's, all the guys wearing them are not happy ethic the doles, too slick in the mud around here and the suade doesn't dry fast enough.
