Now, most likely that’s not really where the name stemmed from but you have to admit these boots are pretty kick butt! These 8 inch boots not only have a protective steel toe construction, but they are also waterproof. Both of these features will assist in protecting your feet from dropped or falling objects and wet environments. The breathable GORE-TEX® technology that these boots have will help keep your feet comfortable and free from excess moisture. The Goodyear welt construction will help to extend the life of your work boots through its specialized stitching methods. The Rocky Ranger style 6224 is made even more durable by having an oil resistant rubber Vibram outsole which will help the soles stand up against the degrading components present in oily environments.
