As the name of the boot suggests, the #8732 is a waterproof, rugged, lightweight, and flexible hunting boot. It is the perfect boot to carry you through the summer, late spring and early fall.

The boot’s trusted Gore-Tex® bi-component membrane is both breathable and waterproof. It locks out moisture but permits water vapor to leave in order to keep your feet dry, all day long. So, by the time you have returned home, not only would your feet have remained dry, but you won’t be concerned with stinky feet as you tell your story about the “big one” that got away.

To give you more of an idea about the technology that will be on your feet… The membrane contains over 9 billion microscopic pores which are approximately 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water, but 700 times bigger than a molecule of moisture vapor. So while water in its liquid form cannot penetrate the Gore-Tex membrane, moisture vapor will be able to escape easily. It’s not a crucial detail for you to have to know in order to enjoy the boots. Nonetheless, your friends might be impressed with your vast knowledge on those days when the chance of shooting something doesn’t look promising.
