This pair of Rocky boots has a narrower round-toe last and a lace-in kiltie. It has been assembled with genuine Goodyear welt construction- with a storm welt- to make this Rocky work boot have durability and also shape retention.

The upper has been made with premium, full-grain Peanut Barracuda leather.

This Rocky 8” work book has a cushioned and perforated foot-piece that allows your foot to roll smoothly. A rear foot cradle is there to ensure lateral stability.

It also has an enclosed upper cushion with flex facilitator. A second layer of cushioning has been attached to the underside of the foot-piece that houses the flex facilitator. It combats rigidity and creates superior flexibility. So here Rocky has incorporated technology and comfort into the same area of this #8102 work boot.

A full-length EVA midsole absorbs shock and adds spring. The midsole is extremely lightweight, to give you an idea, the materials are similar to those used in high-performance running shoes.

Then the Rocky work boot features a responsive midfoot stabilizer. This enhanced stabilizing piece is made of rigid and durable TPU (thermal plastic urethane), which is about half the weight of steel, and offers superior support and comfort.

Rounding out the cushioning area of this #8102 work boot are the forefoot propulsion pad and the rearfoot landing pad. When combined they create a unique two-part, highly-cushioned system that enhances your boots shock absorption, flexibility and level of comfort.
